The first questions that people ask when it comes to climbing stairs: Can anyone really get in shape by simply using stairs? The answer to this question is absolutely! If you have already spent more than 10 passages to understand what I mean. In fact, my discovery of stair climbing came when I walk up 19 floors and one of my friends. At that time I was unable to practice because of injuries and destroys only the stairs to me.
But as a coach, I thought, a great tool for the good fit. Since I used the stairs for me, my students, college athletes, elite professional athletes, and most of my clients private schools. In practice, anyone interested in improving aerobic capacity, anaerobic conditioning, muscular strength, power and flexibility.
