people ask when it comes to climbing stairs: Can anyone really get in
shape by simply using stairs? The answer to this
question is absolutely! If you have already spent
more than 10 passages to understand what I mean. In fact, my discovery of
stair climbing came when I walk up 19 floors and one of my friends. At that time I was unable
to practice because of injuries and destroys only the stairs to me.
But as a coach, I
thought, a great tool for the good fit. Since I used the stairs
for me, my students, college athletes, elite professional athletes, and
most of my clients private schools. In practice, anyone
interested in improving aerobic capacity, anaerobic conditioning,
